Today I was cleaning up diareahh and vomit, plus my kid is sick.

I gowned up at work and washed my hands, plus wore a mask and gloves. If I get the flu, will the baby be fine?

It is just the flu, not MRSA or Norwalk or anything. I did go into patients rooms that are on isolation, but that is just to keep it from spreading...

If you get sick most likely the baby will be to, as long as you useing universal precaution you'll be fine, but just in case you might need to ask you supervisor if you can take of do to your pregnancy.

Your best bet: Find any doctor in the hospital and ask them.
