no if I do I will never grow and move forward. I believe if you are moving forward you are going backwards even if you are standing still because others are moving and you are then falling behind. I always try to be mindful and aware of the past though so I will not make the same mistake twice and remember the lessons that are to be learned from it

I have lost so many friends and family members that I cling to those memories. And there is no better music than '70s Rock. So, in that respect, yes...I'm living in the past. I think it's unavoidable.

No.Life is way too short for that.I like to live in the here and now.There are so many wonderful things to enjoy.Living in the past causes you to miss out on the precious things going on now.
