So when two men marry, whose surname do they take? Or do they keep their original surnames? Not being funny here, I'm actually genuinely curious.

I think the best part of gay weddings (of which I'm going to have one next summer), is it doesn't have to follow any traditional conventions....ceremony, who performs it, etc...is all up to the couple. As is surnames, stay the same, make one up from the two, double barrel, or do nothing...as long as everyone's happy!
