Not sure if there is one that does it that cheap. Usually the rate for uncontested is from $500.00 to 700.00. Not sure where you live but you call the lawyers association in your yellow pages and they should be able to help you.

You may not need a lawyer. Here's a really good article:
http://www.nolo.com/article.cfm/catId/995EE405-21AA-4B4A-97CBABD905A37E1B/objectId/04BA53EE-EABA-4D37-8C983B6759F68C02/118/246/222/ART/

You can't both use the same lawyer in many cases: because one lawyer can't represent opposing sides. You can use joint representation when:

1) you both agree on the major issues
2) you both are confident they can work out the minor issues
3) you both understand that the lawyer cannot fully represent both under the circumstances
4) you both have agreed to this in writing, and
5) you both just want the lawyer to do the paperwork.

If a disagreement does arise, the lawyer ethically has to transfer at least one of you to another lawyer. The lawyer may have to transfer both of you to other lawyers if the lawyer has learned some things about the either of you or both that make it unfair for them to continue to represent one of you.

You can try doing it yourself. If you live in Texas or California check out http://www.nolo.com/resource.cfm/catID/BC93B1DE-97D2-44DB-87F20B0350BA0643/118/246/ - $29.95 for the book, and any filing fees.

I don't know where you live, so can't give you reference. Tell me what state you're in, and I can be more helpful.
