At this point it would be wise to consult a doc. definatly lay off the carbs and eat only small portions several times a day. Portions shouldbn't be bigger than your fist. You will drop em. When you get light enough start some cardio and you will really lose it!

Ok...Evening time stay away from the carbohydrates: rice, white bread, crackers and potatoes, eat more protein and limit your cheese intake. One low fat yogurt a day would help, also, switch to brown rice and brown sugar instead of your norm. Drink eight full glasses of spring water a day, and take a multivitamin, vitamins B complex, C and E every morning. And don't forget to eat breakfast to jump start your metabolism, also very important, walk fast everyday for half an hour. Finally, eat small meals 4- 6 times a day and/or consult with a physical exercise trainer if you could afford one. I notice that taking anti anxiety meds like Prozac or Zoloft helps with stress levels which can affect your weight as well. Important substitute sweets with more fresh fruits and vegetables and never eat fruits at night.

See the doc, get referrals for nutritional specialists. Set realistic goals. Quit drinking soda!!!!!!! (That one is huge). Eat smaller portions but more frequently (speeds up your metabolism). Drink a full glass of water before you eat anything (helps you feel fuller and metabolise better). Get up 2 hours earlier and spend at least 45 minutes walking, and in a week or so, work up to 90 minutes as you feel better, then work up to walking 90 minutes while carrying dumbells. You can't do too much too soon, but you shouldn't go too easy, either. I have heard about incorporating flaxseed into your diet as a way to slingshot your metabolism into overdrive, so ask the doc about it. It's not about dieting, but rather more about your lifestyle. Check out www.drphil.com to get more info.

Consult your doctor first. At that weight, you want to make sure that you are eating enough of the right foods. Many overweight people are actually very malnourished, even though they are eating a lot.
Don't set your expectations too high. Get on the right track, and then try to continue your new lifestyle throughout Christmas and beyond. A program like Weight Watchers works for a lot of people. Support from others will help you through the tough times!
Good luck!

Sorry, but you should have started before you got there. If you are asking about next Christmas, 14 months from now, then there is some advice I would give. But 2 months ? 66 days ? I am afraid you are setting yourself up for failure. I guess you want them to see you and say '' wow, you have lost weight ''? I'm sorry, but it's not going to happen and you are going to be miserable trying. Set up a better goal, like NEXT Christmas. Do it slowly and healthy, I'm sure you didn't put the weight on fast. Please don't expect to lose it fast.If you are serious , then it takes a complete change in life. Again, if you really are doing this, put your mind to it and don't look back.

There are alot of good answers here but whatever you do make sure it is something you can keep doing as a lifestyle and not just a diet product that you will stop after Christmas.

stay faraway from junk foodstuff. a minimum of purchase a gaggle of apples and positioned it on your refrigerator so whenever you're hungry you are able to consume that. you are able to take a diet too. the main difficulty-unfastened way i understand to drop some pounds is to do an hour of walking, some diamond crunches, and a few pushups.

Start by contacting a physician for a complete physical exam. He or she then can recommend a "diet" and exercise program, which may or may not consist of a dietician, physical therapist, as well as psychologist. it's important to make sure you're healthy in mind, body, and spirit before embarking a something that can be so life changing-and needed.

See a doctor. You cannot do this on your own. At your weight, there are severe problems with dieting. You must lose weight at the correct rate to avoid hurting yourself. Simply dieting is not enough; you need a proper dietary and exercise plan determined by a dietician. You may also need to consider gastric by-pass or other surgery.

You need to lose a few pounds. Try jump start with the Hollywood Celebrity diet, then try diet Target shakes to replace a meal or two. If you can walk, try doing a little more each day. I lost 20 pounds this way over a couple of months. Eat a sensible meal with fruits and vegetables at least once a day and watch your calories.

Talk to your Dr.
Start eating smaller portions.
Try to move around more, I'm sure if you are that high of a weight (and i'm not trying to insult you) you don't move much.
Get some dumbbells work your arms, your legs...
Try to eat more fruit vegatables and less meat products.
Definately call and make an appt with your DR!!!
