just end it because she will try and change your mind if you express desire to end it. Just stop returning her calls and/or advances.

after 3 years id uasally say you should talk to her but shes been cheating for the 3 yrs so just end contact and find someone better thats willing to be just with you

sounds like your best bet is to just wash your hands of it all. if she was not on your level of sexualness, then she probably won't understand your ending things. it seems she would know about what Absence means, though. so just say PEACE B!!!

End it quickly, but for crying out loud tell her about it, don't just leave her hanging. Be man enough to say, "I don't want to see you anymore."

Let her know that it's over, then disengage. Don't get into a discussion or you'll just drag it on forever.
