This is a very touchy subject with me. I feel that if illegal immigrants want to live in the USA then they should become legal citizens. Not to mention speaking English. I am so sick of how the USA caters to them. They are in Americal speak our language or get out. If I went to a foriegn country to live, I would learn their language, I would not expect them to cater to my needs.SO, to answer your question, no they should no be able to sign any legal documents until they themselves become legal, pay taxes, have a job etc......

The problem lies in the fact that most of the "illegals" are using false documents, so you can't take someone to court if you have no idea who they really are. I work for a police department and every time they get pulled over they produce a different identification. We can arrest them for no valid dl but if they have one, we have no way to prove otherwise. Unfortunately, there are other places that rent without any verification, so they are putting themselves in that situation as well. Some rent the apartment, move and leave others living there and so on and so on, so if you go to the apartment looking for "Mr. Smith" he doesn't even live there half the time.

there is not any regulation that announces what call you need to use for a settlement. as long because of the fact the events of the settlement can stipulate that your signature is the single that is shriveled, then that's criminal. utilising a diverse call for fraudulent purposes is an entire 'nother rely, even with the undeniable fact that that's as much as the plaintiff to coach fraud in courtroom. for that reason, many cases a occasion will insist on your legally used call.

One thing is clear; the only people that seemed to have answered your question, from a negative point-of-view, might be illegal themselves are have some personal upset from your questions that hit their home personally. I think I can answer without any personal concerns, very professionally. Your answer from me is No. They are allowed to break the law; this is why they do.

If the are of legal consenting age they are bound by the same laws as everyone else.
Stop whining!
You act like a boat load just showed up in your neighbourhood when illegal immigrants have been here since before we became a nation!

Wow, good question. You know I would say yeah. If they owe the money. But if they go to court I think you know what would happen, they would get sent home. But it seems to me that where they are renting would know that? No? My apt complex did a background check on me with SSN.

illegal people?... if you mean illegal alliens, they should all be deported!... why should I pay taxes so they can get free education and health care... if they wanna be in this country, then do it the right way... the way our grand father's did... get naturalized... become citizens... pay taxes... my brother is over in iraq fighting for the freedoms we enjoy and I'm willing to share them with any race, creed or color who wishes to make their nationality american... but pay your taxes, support our armed forces and defend our way of life... and respect our laws.
