i'm a coffee junkie lol well i should say i'm a french vanilla coffee creamer nut! yea i just took of the pill's with water about hmm 30 minutes ago and i'm feeling weird! like sick : / i washed em down with 2 glass's of water........as of last month i was doing so good,i was working out 4-5 day's a week 1-2 hours at a time,but i got a new job and i got lazy (sigh) anyway's thats why i stated taking the pill's to boost my energy so i will want to workout.

YES!!!!! That product definitely works. When you first start using it it makes you feel weird, but after a while you start to love how it makes you feel. I lost 50lbs. in 2 months. I also worked out 3 times a week, like 45 min of cardio.

I have lost quite a bit of weight in a short, short time while on the Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet. I wouldn't recommend using it regularly because it is kind of unhealthy, but if you are trying to lose 10-15 pounds in 10 days for a special event, I would try it. If you have health issues, I would consult a doctor or nutritionist.

No, I'm afraid all those pills don't work. Sadly what they tell us about good old fashion diet and exercise IS the cure for being overweight.
