Red! No really. Why follow the crowd? You can always wear black and white underwear, and tell them so when they ask.
(I really, REALLY hate themed anything....rooms, parties, whatever.)

Do the right thing and think Nancy Sinatra "these boots are made for walkin" look...a perfect retro and fun 60's classic look!
Let us start with the mock turtleneck or high turtleneck ribbed knit shell (update with a little belly shirt!) top. Next a shinny if posible leather or vinyl mini. Also don't wear just opaque tights ...make it sexy with sheer shinny pantyhose worn OVER(for finished look) any pattern or fishnet textures ..ladders are so done ...try bold big textures or tiny dots or pinstripes instead!) and of course the the boots! They should have pointy features aeither silleto style heels or go go sttle is correct...klunky is the goth version of this look and you should rip your clothes for that look...wear black lipstick white face!
So you can do each element in either black or white as long as you alternate the value of the items or pieces ...also a big wide belt and depending on your hair...wear it up if long and wear dangling white or black plastic "pop or op art" earings and if posible matching beads around your neck especially if you have a turtleneck shell! A head band if you flip your do and optional is that classic mod "Hot Dog on a Stick" type United Airlines hat or the Ringo cordoroy cap! Use white eye shadow as well with two pair of long false eyelashes done black with heave eyeliner top and bottom of eye...also frosted lipstick/gloss very hip and swinging luv...come on Baby...lets do the Jerk!

Well... not sure if you are a boy or girl (?)
If you are a girl, then a white wig with a white dress, white nail polish, etc. Do it up right :)
For a guy -- full white suit is always classy. White rose in the lapel would be a nice touch.
Or... if you want to go the darker route, then just switch to black.

You can be a swan, panda, zebra, dalmatian, a black and white ruffed lemur

Wear all black, black wig ( unless you already have black hair...or dye it) , black gloves, and paint your whole face with black make-up....then wear a white I-Pod, just like in the commercials.

wear stuff black for the main color and patterns with circles or any types of shapes for the design of the dress. oh! and wear black and white shapes for jewelery.
