how do you learn to be outgoing? all of my friends who arent even that pretty get these really hot guys because they are flirty and outgoing. i want to learn to be outgoing, but is there really any way to learn something like that? or does it just come naturally and theres nothing i can do? please help

You do not really learn to be outgoing. You develop confidence. If you believe in yourself than you will show that in how you act.
I am sure that when you get together with a girlfriend you speak freely. Why? Because you feel confident and secure.
When you meet guys, remember that they are just guys. They are no better than you and you can survive even if you do not get one. That will help you to feel more confident.
By the same token, I have never been that confident with meeting girls, but when I have met the right ones I have felt confident or I would not be married now.

You don't need to be outgoing just because your friends are. What type of guys are they attracting anyway? Just be yourself and you will undoubtedly attract that cute shy guy who hangs out with the outgoing guys. He's probably more your type anyway :)

When in Rome, do as your friends do. Just do what there doing, but learn your own style, after awhile it will come naturally to you.

just be yourself to the fullest extent. strike up conversations with guys, be happy and motivated and confident!
