in my belief as a born again christian, jehovah is another name for jesus christ. jesus christ is the son of god. see God created everything and everything was created by God then god sent his only son jesus to earth to deliever us from our sins. and Jesus Christ died on the cross to save us from our sins do that we could go to heaven and not hell if we believe. and ask for forgivness of our sins. and after dying on the cross three days later he arose from the dead ( easter ) and is now with his father and with all of his children ( christians ) and soon is coming back to earth to take all of the christians that are living with him to heaven and the rest of the world will be left to the power of the anti christ and the world will be destroyed and all that have not believed will die and go to hell. if you like my answer please visit www.freewebs.com/future-b-yanairejames and look into joing a nonprofit organization to help those around you and your community it was started by me a 16 year old and is worldwide please look into joing if you have any more questions then post them on my site

Jehovah
Definition: The personal name of the only true God. His own self-designation. Jehovah is the Creator and, rightfully, the Sovereign Ruler of the universe. “Jehovah” is translated from the Hebrew Tetragrammaton, ××××, which means “He Causes to Become.” These four Hebrew letters are represented in many languages by the letters JHVH or YHWH.
Psalms 83:18Â That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth.
Jehovah though is NOT another name for jesus as a popular belief.
How can Jesus and Jehovah God be the same person when jesus told everyone in {John 14:28 28Â YOU heard that I said to YOU, I am going away and I am coming [back] to YOU. If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am.}
So if Jehovah is the same as jesus how can he be going to him and how can he be greater than him.
Mathew 16:16 Â In answer Simon Peter said: “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” how can jesus be the same person as the almight god jehovah when it says that he is the son of god.

"Jehovah" is the English-language personal name of the Judeo-Christian Almighty God.
The Hebrew name “Yahweh” (or “Yehowah”) seem to accurately pronounce "the Tetragrammaton" or Hebrew characters of the divine name from the so-called 'Old Testament'. Just as the Hebrew name “Yeshua” (or “Yehoshua”) is translated into “Jesus” in English, the Hebrew name “Yahweh” is translated into “Jehovah” in English.
The important thing is to use God’s personal name in whatever language you speak, rather than insisting upon the impersonal! The name “Yahweh” is certainly preferable to the non-name “God” or “Lord”, especially if you speak Hebrew. If you speak English, feel free to use the name "Jehovah".
(Psalms 83:18) That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah, You alone are the Most High over all the earth
(John 17:26) [Jesus said] I have made your name known to them and will make it known, in order that the love with which you loved me may be in them

He represents a prehistoric invader, similar to Genghis Khan, of Caucasian tribes around 3,000 BC. The ancestors of the Hebrews pronounced his name Yah-way. The pre-Romans pronounced it "Yo-way," which is spelled "Jove." The ancestors of the Greeks called him "Ee-wo," which wound up Io after Greek lost the W sound.
All these tribes were driven out of the Caucasus by this proto-God. Judging by the fictional divinities, the pre-Hebrews were first conquered and underwent a severe tyranny, since Jehovah is a very vicious god. The Romans must have escaped without many casualties, since Jove (also called Ju-piter) was a very mild god. The Greek representation, Io, was not a supreme god, but a wanderer, which represented the scattering of the Indo-European tribes from India to Ireland because of this pre-historic Mongol invasion.

JEHOVAH is one of the many names of GOD. in translation it means, " I AM," The One Who is The Self-Existent One. In Exodus 3:14 - And GOD said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
