I would open all the doors and windows, get some Febreez and spray it on all the carpets and curtains.
Get rid of anything that your dog layed on or touched that you possibly can.

I boil vinegar and water (mostly vinegar) on the stove. When the vinegar smell dissipates most of the skunk smell goes away. Since the steam won't reach all the places in my house I'll boil a pot, get a trivet and place the pot in a far away room. Spraying vinegar in the house also helps
I found that in a forum on the internet. Here is the link if you would like to see what other ideas they have. Hope it helps. Good luck

If none of the previous answers work, call a carpet cleaning place like SteamMaster or something. They don't just clean the carpets, but they clean up after fires to get rid of the smoke smell in the house. My former job had a fire, and they cleaned everything and brought in one of those air cleaning machines. Like an ionizer I think.
Try turning it into your insurance. When I sold insurance, I saw wackier claims than this and they were all approved!

SCD Odor Away. Its a natural microbe that eats up the causes of organic odors. it works great. i use it in my catbox and to get pet smells out of stuff. when you first spray it, it smells a little weird, but that goes away really fast. dilute it and spray it around the room and on your pet, etc. should work.
