Most nations have obnoxious people within their country... so I would say the entire world.... because I am unable to count the heads of each and every individual that is obnoxious to be able to answer your question truthfuly....lol

Probably France. Few countries have this mix of national arrogance, and a natural attitude that is at odds with service to anyone.
One thing that always strikes me is where there is a narrower section on a road, and two cars approaching. In most countries, the drivers will signal to each other, and even if they don't, there'll be a tendency to be careful, and potentially let the other driver pass first, lasts only a few seconds and avoids any trouble.
But in France, no: in France, typically, both drivers will rush to be the first in the middle of the narrower section. And it can therefore very well happen that they then stop in there, bumper to bumper, hoping to convince the other driver to back up. And it can often happen that it takes long minutes, and a lot of screaming, before anything budges. I think this says a lot about how the French really are ;-)

Saudi Arabia has the most obnoxious people. Just think about it. It does not require an explanation!

Our good friends to the south, the United States of America. Whenever i fgo on vacation to a foreign country, it is too easy to spot Americans. They are loud, very obnoxious and really want to show everyone that they are American rather than blend in.

one can be called obnoxious by behaviour
but not a whole nation coz it really wud heart ppls feeling u know
ppl who answered tis question must hve been 4rm diffrent nations n they wud'nt hve noticed the true behaviour of an american or a french men (jus like mentioned above)in person
so callin a nation obnoxious is really wrong

The french take this one easily.
Now, if Montreal had succeeded in succession, they might take it. The french are bad, but french-canadians are worse.
And that is based on visits to those areas. Not by observing a segment of the population who is on vacation. People on vacation are naturally going to be boisterious. It is fun to be on vacation!!!
