i once ate sheep brains in morrocco. just to say hey i tried it. cow brains in mexico on accident it was part of the regular fajita combo. octopus in spain it was actually real good. cow intenstines in tijuana with cow tongue both were excellent(those little taco stands they got everywhere) and a half hatched seat turtle egg in el salvador. i will try anything once. twice if i like it

I ate chicken feet in sweet and sour sauce at a dim sum restaurant. On the menu it was called "phoenix feet"
They aren't bad if you like gristle.

Cabrito! I went to a party and they were BBQing a goat and I ate some brains.... It tasted okay, but I hated the consistency of it!
