No, but before I lost my job, I always drank a Slim-Fast or a Pet Chocolate Milk on the way to work. I don't like food in the morning, so it works out for me just fine.

I am with Jimbo on this one....
In my weight training health freak day (that I managed to get out...thank the lord for cigerettes and alcohol) Iused to do the super thick shake things that were like eating 14 chickens or something...walking around bloated didn't FEEL the best way to do training but there you go!

My wife drank Atkins shakes for dinner. I always tried to get her to only drink them for breakfast and lunch and eat a real dinner, but she does not always listen to me.

Actually, no. I usually drink breakfast and lunch instead - coffee, Diet Coke, that sort of thing.

No one is going to stay on one of those diets for long. They don't work very well and are a rip-off, IMO.
