Is the Shepheard's Hotel Jazz Orchestra currently in existence?

There is an incredible rendition of Where or When credited to the Shepheard's Hotel Jazz Orchestra on The English Patient soundtrack, but it doesn't give a recording date and I can find nothing about the Orchestra online. Maybe this is an old recording?
