I have removed the program, stopped the processes, and deleted any files I can find. Most spyremoval sites offer a free scan, but you must pay to remove.

Here is one program that removes antispyware programs that no other program can find or remove.
Free program: http://www.superantispyware.com Download the program as it is free. After you download the program update all the new core signatures. Then scan you pc. Scan all 175,000 objects in my pc. Quite sure it will remove "antispyware soldier".
You need to stay away from unknown junk antivirus or antispyware programs. There are load of scam artist out there.
Here are two free more program that should remove this spyware.
http://www.ewido.net Excellent free program. If you want to purchase an upgrade all you will get is automatic updates an a guard in the tray. Use the free version as they are both the same, you just have to update on a manual basis.
http://www.emsisoft.com Another excellent free program. Make sure your download their free A-Squared version. They will ask you for your email address as both the free and the purchase require a registration key. Excellent program out of Austria. Scans all 175,000 objects in my pc. Same as the above .
If you are able to remove this spyware with the programs that I have given you, make sure you reboot you pc after removal.

First thing to run would be spybot search and destroy(2) if it is still not gone you would need to get your computer checked by a hijackthis expert (3)
