My train doesn't even have an engineer or a conductor...in fact, I'm still trying to figure out where all the passengers went as well.

Not really --- I had to stay on track because there was NO backup in case I failed -- I buried my parents as a very young adult, HAD to take on all the adult responsibilities and put myself through college and pay my expenses too, entered the Military Service (and retired eventually), had a short disaster of a marriage, and raised two children who inherited the genetic pre-disposition and mental illness of my ex's family and raised them to adulthood as a Long-Term Single Parent.

oh yes!!! i am a stay at home mom... with a 17 month old... so very often my train of thought is off the track by distraction of multi-tasking... my daughter and my life partner also... so yes, Yes and YES
