You need to realize that the best Loan Officers understand the value of customer service. You need to be very personable in this business because there is a lot of competition. Remember that 80% of your business is marketing. They can go to anyone for a loan, but what would make someone want to come to you. I get a great deal of my customers because they like me. People like my personality because I am easy to get along with, and I am not in it for the money. I really desire to help people. That is why I am successful. Focus on people first and then profit.

Easy, work hard and always be honest to you clients. Never do a loan because you need the money do it because it helps them and ask for referrals.
