Yes they do. Did you know that jheri curls, hight-lights in hair, black lipstick , red blush on cheeks etc all originate fro the natural looks of some space aliens?
Aliens spend some much on beauty salons , that many people in the beauty industry will never go out of business.

That is a broad Category. The ratio between those that care and those that do not would be about the same for all countries. It depends a lot on upbringing and personal family finances. People are pretty much the same all over really.

Oh, they care way more. They are always covering themselves up with metallic armor, cloning human bodies to inhabit, taking over existing human bodies, disguising themselves as humans. They want to look just like us. They may have higher intelligence and greater technology, but they really wish they had human looks.
