I need some opinions about Vicks DayQuil before I make a purchase. Is it worth getting or just another bad medicine.

If like Nyquil and its affects - DayQuil is just the day version without the drowsiness

it is not an instant releiver and does work if you take it at night before you go to bed then keep taking it and then when you get better you will like the medicine oh and it taste bad

The liquid tastes nasty but if you can get past that, it works great.
The liquid works better than the gelcaps, in my opinion
I've also used 44D and that's great, too, especially if your cold settles in your chest/bronchial tubes like mine always does.

It's not good to mix any kind of medication with beer or alcohol.
