Because women actually have human rights in developed countries where as in under developed countries women are seen as little more than livestock.
Livestock doesn't have a choice.

In most developed countries, there are more rights reserved for women then men
So weneva they divorce, a women is paid either half his property or may be monthly fees until the case is over or settled between them.
Also, nowadays, the sacrement of marrige has no meanin in most developed countries. if they had respect for it, there wud b nothin like Divorce anywhere & Lawyers would hv straved for cases.. haaaa!!!

Because woman are not bound by religious laws and have the economic means to support themselves without a man. In those countries marriage and children are the women only opportunities for happiness.

In developed countries we this idea of "individulism" under developed countries still have arranged marriages, and religion plays a big part in that.

Because in developed countries people have lost the truth about what marriage should be. It is all hollywood for them and thy see mariage as a quick solution and divorce as another solution to their first mistake

More developed countries means more people, so that means, the society is more modern and commericalized. With that, people are more trendy, more rich and greed, and alot more social life. With that, materialism is alot more important to them. As where a rural area, people are much more tranditional.

y is everyone blaming the women the problem is with both......... its because we are a throwaway society and when it doesnt work then we just walk out............. and by we i dont mean me.......... no one has any committment anymore ......... maybe if they stayed through the hardest years ( the first two) then they would come out the other side with a more committed and deaper value for there marriage........ it is two easy to get devourced now so maybe the answer is make it harder except in life threatening situations

temptation is high .as now a day both husband and wife normally work ,so they can live a better life .and that mean their friends will be getting more .and they will start compare each other

People have more options (too many options) and the "me" factor allows them to have the option to get out of marriages easily.
