Sits next to me for computer class, which is 1 hr. and 30 min. and they bug the hell out if me, how can I stop the hell I'm in.

I would just put my headphones on (i.e., either plug them in the computer or get your ipod out).

I always say that a sucking chest wound from a .357 caliber Magnum revolver will usually stop someone from bothering you.....or anyone else for that matter.....ever again.
But that's just my take on justice.....I could be wrong!
But seriously though, try making a big scene all of a sudden in the room and embarrass the hell out of him. You have to give that person a good jolt, so that they can understand that you're not going to deal with their annoyance anymore.
Then again.....the .357 magnum is affective. Just kdding!

I am not sure what your age is but if you have assigned seating request to be moved and tell the instructor/teacher why you need to be moved. If you let the teacher know that it's affecting your ability to stay focused or do your work, they can usually accommodate you.
If that doesn't work then change your class schedule.
If you don't have assigned seating then wait until the annoying person is in their seat before sitting.

First tell him he's annoying you and ask him to stop in front of the other students which should embarrass him. If he still doesn't get it, go to school authorities and report him.

Ask the teacher if you can move. Tell them that it is hard for you to concentrate. It is the schools responsibilty to do everything they can within reason to see to it that your recieve the best education possible.
