I mean she was going at it for atleast 20 minutes it felt great, Yet, i wasnt able to reach that point.. it was really close then it went away.. Could i have been distracted? nervous because it was the first time? or could somthing be physically wrong.. I know im a little bit desensitized but the amount that i felt i was in shock that i wasnt able to finish.. Nothing odd, especially for the first time. I am rather difficult to bring to orgasm orally. I think it's a mental thing about spewing in her mouth that first time.

Dude, if you're only 22 and can't "finish", then you have a medical concern. Go to the physician and talk openly about this concern and problem. It could easily be something serious. At 22, you should be ready to go about every 20 minutes. Maybe, she's just really bad at it and you are inexperienced enough not to know. You mentioned that you "are a little bit desensitized", what the hell does that mean? At 22, you should have a kickstand hard on almost "on command". If your "little soldier" isn't performing now, what do you have to look forward to in the future.

It happens to everyone at one point or another. However, if this isn't the first time and it continues, see a urologist. If you're able to enjoy it up to that point, and get get an erection....it may be all in your head (the one on your shoulders!). That would a psychological problem that you need to work out!

Well dude, sometimes you just can't finish. Next time have her fondle or something I guess... If you're gettin head your sex drive isn't gone what-so-ever. You could have been distracted and might not have been fully "into it". And since it was your first time not everyone reaches climax. It happened to me but it gets a lot easier if you get more. Variety is the key. You can have oral sex for an hour and not make it, though you stay erect and it's enjoyable. Then you finish off by hand in a couple of minutes. We need various types of stimulation, and one day one thing works, and another day it has to be something different.
It's not even necessary for you to finish to enjoy lovemaking. (Women are used to that concept!).

subconsciously, you probably feel like you are ...um... "planting your tree in the wrong garden"... you likely have been tought by your parents that there is only one place morally acceptable to plant your seed... so no matter how good it feels, it's only gonna work if you plant it in her sweet little garden of eden... as for your diminished sex drive, that's guilt pure and simple.
