but make sure to have a dip in the vapor transmitting tube near the outlet to catch liquid water that has formed and return it to the other liquid water... so your stict about it... and maybe a small refrigerator with the vapor traveling in a coil of metal tubes to turn it all back to liquid so you dont loose all of it in the air. other wise just take a remote control car and tape the bottle of water to it lol

Just evaporate the water, and transport it through tubes/air, and condense it on the other side

boil it into a vapor and have it recondense where you want it
