Yes,you must always read fine print.as if you sign a document,it is assumed you have read it,and therefore you are bound by the document, and to be honest it used to be where unscrupulous people hid there conditions and things that they didn't want you to see,and they made it law here in U.K many years ago, that the small print must actually be written in same size as rest of document and it says on the documents that you have read the whole thing and you now have to sign that you have, hence you are bound by what you sign. You should always read whole thing, and if you don't understand it,you need to get a solicitor or someone who works in the law society or the citizens advice bureau who have legal staff who can explain things to you for free.
You could be signing your life away without realising it,if you just trust the document to be honest and in your favour.

Always! I learned a long time ago to always read the fine print! If you don't, it can get you in a world of trouble!â¥
