Recommended positions are supine (sleeping on back) and shift sideways (right or left), during intervals in the night. Sleeping prone ( sleeping on belly) will restrict breathing and circulation. Much more for women, prone position will unnaturally compress the breast part. Anything unnatural will not be good for you. It is also preferable to support body curves with pillows ( the portion between your two legs, the curve of your back and your stomach. Sweet dreams.

I sleep on my back and sometimes sideways too. But your position changes during sleep even without you realising it.

sleeping on back is the best.. sleeping on the stomach is also fairly good but sleeping sideways is ok only if you dont arch you back.. you must avoid aching your back as a habit.. or it leads to back problems
