First of all, to equate civilian deaths ONLY with the US military is rediculous. What about the terrorists who are making car bombs and such? That's what causes the civilian casualities, not the US military. Second, casualities are a result of war, unfortunately. People fail to remember that. Third, the US military does try to avoid civilian deaths but when insurgent civilian people are putting bombs in subways and railways, it makes that part of their job much harder.

That 650,000 number pretty inaccurate even according those who did it. People running around acting like this is a fact when it hasn't been replicated and there's a huge error margin are the ones making our soldiers synonymous with Civilian Deaths. It's not a result of the situation in Iraq as much as it is a result of the over the top rhetoric at home.
"As Robert Blendon, director of the Harvard Program on Public Opinion and Health and Social Policy pointed out to the times, you have to believe that you can extrapolate over 650,000 deaths from the 547 death reports the families gave to the researchers. They based their extrapolation of the pre-invasion death rate on only 82 death reports This led them to a “finding” of 426,369 to 793,663 deaths. In other words, give or take 56%. "

The 650K in Iraq is a completely fictitious number. It is maybe one-tenth that. And the significant majority of the civilian deaths in Iraq are by the Iraqis themselves, most notably the Sunnis, plus the jihadist terrorists from other countries.
Using fake numbers, distorting the truth, does not give your position any credibility.
As for the Lebenese, it is well known that Hezbollah placed weapons and bases in heavily populated areas and prevented civilian evacuation, just for propaganda purposes, so foolish Westerners would get their panties in a twist.
Your untrue assumptions have led you to a false conclusion.

With whom is it becoming synonymous with civilian deaths? Just you, it sounds like.
Also, what is a "civilian"? Anyone not wearing a uniform? By that definition, all insurgents and terrorists are "civilians." I say kill more of them.

what bothers me is the fact our government puts these young kids in uniform, gives them a gun & orders to shoot...then when foreigners start crying foul & the media picks it up these kids are found guilty & sentenced to hard time while our president & his high ranking military cronies go scott free.... so no, the deaths of foreigh civilians don't bother me I am more concerned with the thousands of Americans killed, maimed & railroaded!

You are being very dishonest. I know that you don't really believe U.S. soldiers deliberately kill civilians.
You intentionally ignore the fact that a cowardly enemy hides behind women and children and sneaks out to snipe at U.S. soldiers.
If your enemy is stronger than you, does it give you the right to sneak up and murder his wife and children?

I'm not disturbed at all about our military. I am intelligent enough to know that it's not them that is doing the civilian killings. Your lack of intelligence disturbs me and every on else though.
