Unlike what Brenda said ... mathematics and science are NOT the same thing.
I personally like mathematics better. It doesn't have to be cluttered by the practicality that needs to come with science. You can just do things for the sake of doing them.

math. coz math has applications in a lot of other fields. most sciences have math. like exponential growth in biology, dimensional analysis in chemistry, trigonometry can be used in physics and the list goes on... but science in general deals mostly with concepts. and i have a bad memory...-_-"
