I drink the green tea. It happened to me. My best suggestion is see the doctor to check your sugar level first. If you have too much sugar in your body, reduce your sugar intake, drink green tea, do some exercises like walking, running, swimming, and don't drink any soda. Let me tell you how to prepare a green tea. Buy a container of quality green tea from asian grocery store, boil some water, put some dried green tea into a mug, pour the boiling water into the mug, and cover the mug with a lid. After 15 minutes or half an hour, you can drink. Don't put any sugar or honey in the green tea.

Increase your intake of water. Decrease your intake of caffeine and salt. Try chewing gum. If this doesn't take care of the situation, check with your doctor.
