come to this country, open a business, and do not pay any taxes for 7 years nor do they ever pay into social security yet can collect it when they become of age. Then they move to another country i.e. Canada where their retirement and social security is not taxed?

They don't always create businesses. I think the only way is for them to become disoriented. Don't send them back to their home country. Send them to a place they have never heard of before. But it must be a legal deportation to a different country, that country must agree to have them there. But, I don't get it, there are so many immigrants that hate it here but come here anyways. But that is what people do. They need to go somewhere else, a fence around the border isn't going to stop them, nor is more security at the ports. There are some people that will come here even if it takes their last breath. Some have already died in an attempt to come here. But they still must come here legally. I have heard that you are 6 people away from any other person in the world. Maybe that will help.

People are naturally exploitive and given the oppertunity to take advantage of the rules and laws will .So fix the laws my friend that allow these types of things to happen .Arrest the law makers if it looks as though they purposely wrote them in a manner in which others could use to there advantage .
