a bubble bath use cardboard (white) to make a circle and add saspenders and place white balloons any place that you can. you can also use a laundry baskets a tote etc...

I would do an Alice and wonderland theme. For the girls, one could be Alice, one could be the Queen, and one could be a bunny. Then your guy friend could be the mad hatter.
