I think the Raiders have a good chance of winning a game this year. One of the sports announcers put it in perspective in that it is harder to go 0-16 than 16-0.

The Cardinals have got to be down after the craziness on Monday. Plus, they have a new Offensive Coordinator. I think this might be the Raiders week. I bet they win 3 games before it is all said and done.

I'd say about 100%. Any given Sunday. Some team that faces them is bound to have a bad game or ease up cuz they see a easy game. This day in age its almost impossible for this to happen.
When that happened to the Bucs it was 30 years ago, and there was no such thing as the salary cap.
