The human egg's rights are intricately intertwined with the rights and wishes of its mother and father.
The egg has the right to a quality life, I don't see the point in a mother giving birth to a child that will have a poor quality life because the mother wasn't ready to give birth, or couldn't afford to look after the baby. Not only will the baby's life be bad, but the mother's and father's life may well be ruined also.
The egg clearly isn't alive when it has been recently fertilised, it only has the potential to be alive. The baby is alive at the point when it can survive outside of the womb, although there are complications with that with medical care being improved all the time. Babies may one day literally be Test-tube babies.

Use logic to answer your questions. Is a brain-dead person alive? No. They have a "live" body but are not living.
Consciousness is LIFE, not just a physical body. If any diety wanted that human egg to have a 'right to life', nature would ensure every human egg makes it to that point but nature does not. It tosses out 1/2 of the fertilized ones in the first place.

Yes a human egg has the right to life. Once the sperm meets the egg it is alive. Everyone and everything has the right to live and exsist. Especially Humans.

Yes, When a egg is fertilized it is alive... it can even move... so! in short the second it is fertlized it's alive... The End kill it after that its Murder and we throw the assholes who kill them injail
