You have to be really serious with him and tell him how you are feeling about him hanging around and that is why you are ex's. Just take in to consideration that he might still want to be with you also.

pretend like u are interested in getting back with him. see how he reacts after u first hint around a bit. u might be surprised at his reaction. if this doesnt work u are on ur own. u know him better than we do. good luck.

Just say, "Oi!.....Ex!.....No!". Seriously just stop answering his calls or texts messages or whatever. He'll grow tired of it sooner or later when he realises you're not interested anymore. Or just be brutal and tell him to get stuffed and leave you alone.
