Someone who, in spite of the enormous cultural pressure (at least within the United States), has determined that no described, describable, or relevant God can logically exist.
This goes beyond rejecting a particular religion, such as Christianity or Islam. It is the assertion that all religions that depend upon the existence of God are baseless.
