I tend to let go of things that I probably shouldn't and hold onto the things that hurt me. Someday...I will learn...

I didn't used to be. But I have learnt that when people leave you they are not really gone. They are just away. I know that sounds weird.
But there is always email, or the odd phone call. And if the friendship ends I hope them happiness. And if someone dies, I believe in a afterlife so I feel they are still alive somewhere beyond mortal contact. I still feel sad, but it isn't consuming.

It can be difficult, but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. I am still having problems letting go of the Mets loss last night. Painful experience to see!

No I get attached to people and find it hard to let go, even if it is hurting me in the end sometimes.. working on it..

Of course but the person you are letting go trust me they don't wanna let go and it can at times piss me off.
