Butterfly Catfish:
I have 4 or 5 of them in my tank (they are hard to count becasue they are hiding all the time). They are cute little guys and they stay rather small. The scoot around during feeding time but not usually too far away from their protective shelters. The hate the light, so provide them with places where they can hide during the day. Mine like to hide in a small pipe that is burried into the ground and the underside of some wood. Within the group you can def tell there is a pecking order. All that means is that the largest one will have the best hiding place and will kick the others out of it when needs be. Other then that, they like to eat almost anything that I have put in the tank. Flake, pellets, bloodworms ect...
Read the Aquaria Central link below and it will give you some brief information too.

Do you mean this guy? If so, not a cat fish it's a Hillstream/Butterfly Loach.

If that is the one you're talking about, sorry no experience with them. But here's a forum discussion about them to read.
