LOL, I was one to ask one of those "am I pregnant" questions way back and I have to agree with one of the people that posted an answer on here. I had taken a pregnancy test, but I just needed some ease of mind. Its better to talk with other mommies rather than say, my hubby, who seems to think pregnancy is this easy thing. HA! He can get a paper cut and make it seem worse than labor!
What I've been sick of if those posts here lately by that asian guy saying oh, I've gotten a girl pregnant, im gonna knocked up the entire white population yadayadayada... or even more so, the 13 to 16 year old that post "am i pregnant"?
WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS?????

Ok but you cant really generalise that all people who ask 'do you think I'm pregnant' are stupid, what if a woman knows from past experience (like me) that home tests wont work and she'll continue getting negatives even if she is pregnant and that the symptoms she has are so different to any other pregnancy she has heard of or experienced. Yes some of the questions on here are really dumb but not everyone had the eductaion I (and you, obviously) had, some are only kids themselves.
I understand why your so peed off but you cant say every single person who asks that question is dumb.... some of them have already tested and are simply asking if a test can be wrong, some of them havent missed a period and are confused, it beats clogging up doctors waiting room with people that really dont need to be there!!
I agree that some men that answer on here really shouldnt but then for most the questions ie, what are some symptoms of pregnancy? etc etc a father is perfectly qualified to answer, he's seen it first hand!
Hope you feel better for your rant though

Japan's tsunami became led to by ability of the earthquake, that's purely led to by ability of plates below the floor moving. Its no vast deal :-) additionally, the only reason they say 2012 is the tip of the worldwide, is with the help of the fact each and every of the planets are going to line up. they say which will make a gravitational difference. PSH. liars. ultimately, the earth isn't spinning swifter. each and every thing would be ok. the worldwide isnt coming to chaos- think of approximately it! those organic failures take place each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. in our lifetime, the worldwide won't come to an end. desire this helped! :-)

i asked that question a few days ago. I asked it because I have been trying for 7 months to get pregnant (i'm 28 by the way) I couldn;t believe that a faint line could possibly mean pregnant since for so long its been disappointment after disappointment when that period showed up. I needed to feel a sense of commrarderie and get positive responses from women. I think deep down I knew that I was pregnant but i think it was just to shocked to really beilive it, if that makes any sense.
As for the other ones, they are scared and probably irresponsible. I do believe that it isn;t my place to judge them or say bad things about them. I ignore the questions I don;t want to ask. I think maybe you should to.

I agree some of the questions on here seem absurd, esp., the am I pregnant ones but why are you letting it piss you off? You don't have to read them or even answer them. And so what guys want to participate. So they are wrong about things, at least they are taking an active interest. Some of the girls on here are pretty young and maybe they don't have anyone to talk to and they are scared, maybe they don't know anything at all. It is no excuse for being cruel.

Quit shouting, we can hear you!
There's a lot of misinformation out there, and young people are indeed taking risks when they have sex before they are really ready. But after the fact, they need help, not being told they ought not have done it. AFTER you answer the practical question, it seems fair to add a comment to the effect that maybe they should drop back a few steps and wait until they are older and more in control of themselves. It does pay, folks; it really does.

I do agree that some of the am I pregnant questions are a little monotanous, however, when you think you are, its hard not to think about it, and I would hope that 99.9% of us know that the only real way of knowing is to take a test, but , it is a waiting game, so I think alot of woman ask questions to ease thier mind, and just to talk about it, here what others think, and other experiences. Realisticly, you do have the freedom of choice not to click on the question, and not everyone is well educated or knowledgable on things. No question is a stupid question if a person truly doesn't know. That is how we learn.

ok first of all who are you to judge? the purpose of this site is to ask questions and seek answers to those question. there is no such thing as a stupid question. yes you feel scared when you miss a period. and want other reason for the missed event. or you have been trying for so long to have a baby that you don't want to get your hopes up and take a test just for it to say your not. then you want to know what others think before you take such a test. or maybe these people just want some comfort. for what ever reason they may ask these questions they should be aloud to do so with out you telling them off. so again i ask who do you think you are? if the questions on here are not to your liken then maybe you should go somewhere else. remember luv judge not and be not judged.

i hope you feel better! :)
i have wanted to do that a couple times too, but you have to remember that sometimes people need advice from someone, either that they dont know, or they are hoping to relate to. but i agree the same question gets asked over and over again and its not like we are going to be able to tell someone if they are prego or not. and the men i strongly agree that they dont know a womens body and that some advice should be kept to themselves.
i hope you feel better and have a good day! :)

Geez, aren't we a little judgemental, and you went to bashing people on another question for being the same, in your opinion. Guess you must be jealous of the pregnancies, since you like to advise people to have abortions so much. You said this is a pro-choice nation. No, it isn't, many, many people object to the slaughter of innocents. Maybe it's not my place to judge, but it is my place to warn about consequences, since God says that those that harm innocent blood, it is better that a millstone be hung around their necks, and they be tossed into the depths of the seas. HE will judge, and no arguement in the world will prevail about it, pro-choice or not. His law is much bigger than some idiots on the supreme court who don't care about life.
