It was approx. 18 minutes ago, and it was over something scathingly important! I was gifting my ex-husband with 7 little containers of juice for my children. He did not want to accept them, in fact, he was refusing them because they were not put in a bag, rather, the containers were stacked in my hands. (they were that way, because that is how I received them, and I had just removed them from my car. He was seated in his car, and my house was locked.) He told me I was to go get a bag, and then he would take them. I advised him, that the juice was adequately packaged, would not leak, and asked again, would he please mind taking them now, before they fall. No, he insisted on the bag. Well, if I am going to get a bag, I will need you to hold them so I can go get one. So, he took them and I said, see, that wasn't so bad now was it? Bye now!
Now aren't you glad you asked that question? Aren't you relieved to know that the 4 containers of grape, and 3 containers of apple juice are now safely tucked away in his possession and that my children can now drink happily ever after? (actually, it will probably expire in the back of his refrigerator, but hell, better his than mine)
