Its always a kind of flow both ways I think. Just be calm and float with it I think. Most things change. Like the seasons or the weather. It would be boring if there was no change.

when you remove yourself from the wrong situation. look at what you've contributed to the problem.

Can you change anything at all with yourself to make it better? If not, don't waste your time. Get on with your life.

i think if this is about your freinds talk to them and see if any thing is bugging them if their is something try to fix it and to make things right go to a movie or mini putt golfing
