Hi Rakesh,
Please try to be more specific in determining your problem. If you are talking about that the toshiba laptop you leave it idle, it switches of in 20 mins. than just change the setting.

1. Right Click on desktop
2. go to properties
3. go to Screen Saver tag
4. at the bottom there will be a power button.

Just change the setting on the pluged in accordingly to your requirement

Now if your laptop switch off after 20 mins while working that your processor is not responding. Please take it to a nearest repair shop to fix this problem.

Thank you

Check your power settings.
If you right click on your dekstop and select properties, there is a tab with a power settings button (probably the screen saver tab).

Laptops often turn themselves off after 20 minutes to save batteries. You can shorten or extend this time by whatever amount you'd like.

Maybe your battery isnt holding a charge anymore. Or, the settings in control panel have it enabled to hibernate (shut down) after 20 minutes.
