Ham is protein and some fats. Bread depends on the flour used. Some uses high protein flour. Potato chip and rice contains minor traces of protein. Insignificant.

Virtually all foods do contain some protein. Meats such as ham are generally quite high in protein. Rice is also a high protein food, but it is not a "complete" protein--it doesn't have all the amino acids. A vegetarian diet that includes rice also needs to include a food such as beans or lentils to make a complete protein.
