Ive seen other questions on this site about people painting the UKIP and the BNP with the same brush. The BNP does have some internal issues with some blatant racist thugs but their increasing popularity in the nortHern towns of britain in recent years does worry people. The UKIP is about not being part of europe, not being ruled by a governement that we have no power to vote in or out. People are so hypocritical that in one breath they accuse the governement of being liers and in the next breath they believe it when their told (by the government) that UKIP are a bunch of racist xenophobes.

Im pretty offended by the comment of idhard2. How dare you compare UKIP to the nazis. UKIP are trying to stop today what the nazis were trying to do 60 years ago you ill-informed idiot.

note to conservative: There are seen as a single issue party becuase of the media represenation. How often does the news ask UKIP for comments on healthcare or education, never. The media is obviously in with the other three parties in showing that UKIP only care about one thing. But on the other hand this is a serious issue. The EU seems to be some form of new age marxism where money is taken from the successful western european countries and given to the poor eastern european countries. Being part of europe is a bad thing for any western european government. I keep hearing 'the latest EU law has said that...' I dont care what the EU says. The should not be telling any government how to run their country. Have people forgetten what we stopped 60 years ago. And by the way, im 25 and feel ashmed we are betraying the memory of what our grandparents did for us.

One of the reasons I would have never voted for the BNP is their reputation and yes I would say you were right, they did have thugs in the party at one time. I would go even further to say no one can excuse that. If you watched the Labour party conferance last year you would have seen an old Jewish man in his mid seventies tackled by a number of bully boys (probably because of his race) and thrown out because he had the audacity to 'heckle' the speaker. The BNP are the only party to have been openly honest with the British Public with regardes to Imigration. For over forty years they have warned of the dangers of mass colonisation and the effects it would have on the indigionous population. Unfortunately the BNP were right and I am affraid unless you go around with your eyes shut and your ears closed you cannot say their predictions were not correct. The problem is when does mass imigration become 'Ethnic cleansing' That is somthing you must decide But! the BNP are not all about immigration, I understand: they want to Nationalise the the water companies; build more hostpitals; they are gaining experience in local goverment and did well at the local goverment elections. The BNP has matured ; is continuing to mature and is well worth a second glance at the polls. With the present rate of immigration the English will be wiped out if we do not do somthing about it Now. The BNP and UKIT are the only reasonable alternative to the main stream parties and SHARON (prev ans) has just about summed it up for UKIP. So we have to make a choice at the poling booth. How many times does the telivision allow the BNP or UKIT to voice an opinion, the answer is they don't, that is because there is an embargo on both parties, infact the three major parties at one time got together and decided never to discuss Race. The only time TV mentions The BNP or UKIP is when a contreversal event takes place or any form of bad publicity. Why don't we look at some of the other issues both BNP and UKIT have to offer or why don't we see the television debating the issues, because Television is suppresing the right of Free speach that is the reason and this cannot be right. .Try reading the litrature put forward by both parties yourself before deciding how to vote

how can you even conceive UKIP a NAZI type party? they're working against what Hitler set out to do, unite Europe under one government! UKIP actively encourage legal immigration, it helps with commerse and trade and is very benneficial for the economy. UKIP also has members from all different backgrounds and race. David cameron said the things he did because he is like many of the people posting in this thread miseducated. He is just like the majority of the voting population. will only vote for main parties having never read a manifesto of any of the lesser known ones. The next time you get a Party leaflet through your door maybe you should read it. I am totally against any liberal party but i still read their information to see what they're all about so i can make an informed opinion!

UKIP are NOT a racist party!!! It is enshrined into their Constitution. The UK Independence Party is committed to withdrawing Britain from the European Union. As the debate on the new Constitution has now made clear, the EU agenda is complete political union with all the main functions of national government taken over by the bureaucratic institutions of Brussels.
UKIP believes that this is not only bad for Britain's economy and prosperity, but it is an alien system of government that will ultimately prove to be totally unacceptable to the British people. UKIP would replace Britain's membership of the European Union with the kind of agreements on free trade and co-operation that we thought we had signed up to when we first joined what was then called the European Economic Community..
The UK Independence Party is the fourth largest political party in the UK. We currently have 10 members of the European Parliament who use their positions exclusively to expose the true nature of the EU and to campaign for British withdrawal. Our party has a full range of policies including a firm line on immigration. A policy of non-discrimination is enshrined into the constitution.!!!!!!!! They get my vote!

think its a caring party with only the UK in mind but unfortunately we are part of the EU whether they like it or not but the UK is a democracy and everyone is entitled to their opinion right or wrong that's what keeps us on the straight and narrow and we need parties like these whether you agree or not to keep our gov on their toes and not to let them do as they wish
