Dump that *****. You're too good for her. Let her be with her "friend" and find someone better to make her jealous.

Sometimes it is best to force a decision. Tell her you love her, but until she decides who it is she wants to be with, you are setting her free to come to a conclusion.
It is extremely difficult to release someone you love. It will be taking a big chance, and you have to realize she may not choose you and be prepared for that consequence.
Continue to call her and take her out as if you were pursuing her. Tell her you love her and want to be with her. All the usual things you would do. In other words, don't lay down and do nothing and hope for the outcome you want to see. Be involved in her decision. But realize you can't force someone to return your love for them if it just isn't there to give.
If she chooses you, try to make her understand that continuing to see her friend places your relationship with her in jeopardy because it makes you feel insecure and afraid of what might happen between them. Tell her you need to know you can trust her, and you would prefer she stop seeing him. If she says you need to trust HER, tell her if she professes love for you, it should not even be an issue.
If she decides on the friend, it will be hard for you. The only way to get by losing a love is one day at a time. Try to realize she wasn't the one God intended for you, and know the ultimate mate for you is right around the corner, and look forward to finding her.
Best wishes

She probably feels sorry for him. If she is a very caring person she is just trying to make him feel better about it. If she turned down his love and friendship all at once it would really hurt him. Tell her it makes you feel uncomfortable and ask her if she would stop hanging out with him. But give her time to exit his life without it devastating him. Have some trust in your love. If she wanted to be with him she would have left you.

Talk to her an let her know how your feeling cos being able to do that shows strengh in a relationship, an explain to her how you feel about her hanging with the other guy, it could just be that she feels bad for him because shes turned him down.....

To help you believe her, she needs to let it go. Stop hanging out with him. Make sure she tells this dude she is not for him. Then you can start to rebuild your relationship.

I feel she is hoodwinking you and making best use of your infatuation towards her. It is very clear from the circumstances explained that she would like to be with him as well as you. Be careful.

maybe you should talk to her about it seriously, but if you're still having doubts, then maybe you should move on and let her go on her own path.
