Leeds is the best city. I'm not in a position to name the worst as haven't lived in enough places to comment.
From a visitor's point of view I wouldn't like to live in London as it's huge and noisy and takes too long to get around.

I don't know which is best, but amongst the worst must be Redhill in Surrey. Everybody there is exeptionally stupid and unfriendly. To be friendly there is to court violence and accusations of madness. They cannot be talked to, all they do is either run away in terror or get angry and violent. It is well known in East Surrey as psycho city. If anyone talks to you there, they are either mad, on something, or from elsewhere in the country. Drive through this sh*thole and do not stop.

I went to birmingham years in the past and positioned it awful. i imagine I went there at the same time as the old (?) bullring replaced into there. It replaced into terrible,dirty and stinky. there's some village elements in Norfolk the position i have stopped at cafes for a chew to devour. i do not comprehend how those cafe's bypass the health and hygiene for starters,then theres the staff - certainly inbreds. Then all round, very few desolate ram-shackle homes surounded by technique of acres of gray sky. Funnily sufficient - searching at the different solutions - i replaced into gonna element out both Slough and Boston Lincs! both places wrist-slitting inducers!
