US politics, unfortunatly, affects the whole world. Do you think the rest of the world is as ignorant as the US is? We need to stop being infatuated with ourselves. We dont live in an ivory tower. Our actions, good and bad, affect everyone whether we believe it or not. I enjoy Humanist's questions, just as I enjoy yours. It would be nice if we could all just debate and respect each other's viewpoint...it would be a nice exchange of information without insulting each other.

The whole world is affected by our policies. They sometimes benefit from our aid, and prefer not to be told how to use it when they are forced to pay back that money via IMF and WorldBank
