This is not natural. There is CERTAINLY a medical reason. Y!A is not the place. Every man, woman, child, his dog and her cat will give you an opinion and nothing will be right.
Go to a physician. Let me know how you make out after the consultation.

Lots of young, healthy women do not have regular periods. Most of the time this comes from one of the following reasons:
1. The woman is a fitness freak, such as an athlete or trainer. Because of that and their extreme pre-occupation with low-fat diets, many of them have such a low body fat level that they do not produce enough of the hormones required for normal monthly cycles, including periods.
2. Not everyone is the same. The 28 day cycle thing is an "average", but all women are different. Perhaps there is nothing wrong at all and you are just designed to have periods and ovulation cycles only 3 times per year. Enjoy the break.

Have you lost alot of weight? Are you working out more than you normally do? Many factors can play into not having a period, Your body starts to shut unneeded processes off when you go through physical or emotional changes in life. Also, while its uncommon, its not unheard of for a 20 something girl to be getting menopause already. Id go to your doctor and have him run some tests on you. Good luck sweets.

Are you taking depo shots for birth control? Are you sue you are not pregnant? Did you have a urine or blood pregnancy test? Urine test don't work on some people. My sister in law was 4 months pregnant before they performed a blood test on her and discovered she was indeed pregnant. She had been giving a urine pregnancy test every time she went to the doctor. All came back negative.

Too skinny. You need a minimum amount of body fat to get the hormones working for a period.
If this is not the reason - then pregnancy perhaps?
It is really something you should see a doctor for.

You may want to check with your dr. I am not a physician but have had problems myself. You could have him check for endomytriosis... This could cause you not to have a period.. I would definately see you doctor.

You may have low iron. I had a friend who went through the same thing and she was anemic. Try taking iron pills.
