All the time. For one, I am a deep thinker so I can't help it. Imagination also plays a big part in it because I tend to add things from my own mind that may or maynot be there. Paranoia? Absolutely, a healthy dose of paranoia is needed. Sometimes it is better to read too much into things so that you have a broader grasp of it, and when things turn out to not be as bad as you picutred them, it's more of a relief.

I do that all the time. I try not to but my brain just always seems to see more than what's really there. I guess it is paranoia and an overactive imagination.

speaking from an over 40 person's point of view, I think it has a lot to do with insecurity. As you get older you realize that a lot of the fears and worries of your youth are just pointless and groundless. And you learn that you wouldn't worry so much about what people think about you if you realized how seldom they do.

Who says it is not there? It certainly isn't me. I say it is there and people don't want me to find it. There's your paranoia.
