Did clark lose his powers?? Does he have them all the back now, I'm lost!

Clark lost his powers briefly when he rescued Chloe at the Fortress. Jorel told him to be back by a certain time and he didn't listen. (Major grounding from dad.) He got them back a few weeks later when someone was trying to blowup Smallville, he was shot and Jorel restored his powers so he could live. (This is also the point where he tells Clark that a life will be traded)

Continuing from above, once Clark got his powers back he went on to doing the usual (saving everybody) he also broke up with Lana for good and his father died. Lois started having a mayor role in this season working for Clark's mom and Chloe knows his secret and is now his sort of side kick. Lana also hooked up with Lex but it kind of started with him being the rebound guy later it got more serious.
